Official Games Team Sweden: 2 A

Juniorlandslagsman i friidrott under 1950-talet där spjut var "Sotarns" paradgren. Även distriktsmästare i simhopp. Smeknamnet "Sotarn" kom från det yrke som Ingemar Lysén och brodern Göran Lysén utövade vid sidan av ishockeyn. Var med i första laget som representerade Leksands IF i högsta serien. Året var 1948/49.
Det blev två landskamper med debut 1 februari 1953 i Helsingfors mot Finland. Vinst med 5-0 men Ingemar gick mållös från planen. Redan dagen efter svarade han för två mål då våra finska grannar besegrades med 6-4. Varvade ner med spel i bl a Norrby IF, Orsa IK och Häradsbygdens SS. Förde som tränare just Häradsbygden från division 2 spel till kval till Allsvenskan på två säsonger.
Bor i Leksand.
