Berkly Catton’s video scouting has improved his overall game

Berkly Catton has had a terrific season with the WHL's Spokane Chiefs, scoring 116 points in 68 games and cementing himself as a top prospect in this year's draft in the process.

The only questions are how high he will go and whether he'll stick at centre. Because at 5-foot-11, it's bound to be a matter of debate among many teams, and some will surely lean on the narrative that you need a little more heft to play the position.

Catton knows he has what it takes, and with the focus he's putting on faceoffs, it's hard to argue with him.

“I don’t like to give it away (pause) but I look at guys before games,” Catton revealed. “What’s weird is going from midget to junior hockey is a big jump. Last year I was learning. This year I wanted to add stuff. My pregame stuff and to look at guys doing draws
