The players to watch at the 2024 Hlinka Gretzky Cup

The start of the 2025 NHL Draft cycle begins this week with the Hlinka Gretzky Cup. 

It's by no means a make-or-break tournament, but it helps prospects build momentum as they enter the season. It also provides a great opportunity for players to showcase what they've been working on during the off-season.

For evaluators, it's a chance to check in with the top names, familiarize themselves with lesser-known prospects, and get an early look at prospects in future drafts.
