Around The AHL: Condors, Silver Knights ready to clash

The AHL has its final two teams for this most unique of seasons.
The Henderson Silver Knights will host the Bakersfield Condors in a best-of-three division final. Bakersfield earned the date with the top-seeded Silver Knights by taking out the San Diego Gulls in three games in a semi-final, taking the deciding meeting 2-1 in overtime on captain Brad Malone’s winning goal. Henderson finished off the San Jose Barracuda in a semi-final sweep.
Game 1 is set for Wednesday evening at T-Mobile Arena, home to Henderson’s NHL parent club, the Vegas Golden Knights. The date for Game 2 is still to be determined. If necessary, Game 3 would be played Saturday.
