We are over a week into the fantasy hockey season, so it’s time to take stock across the league. It is far too early to make determinations using underlying data alone, but roles and observations play an important part in the fantasy game. Let’s whip around the NHL to highlight some early observations, excluding Connor Bedard, but saying yes, he looks every bit like a generational player. 

Logan Cooley living up to expectations

It could be a special year for rookies and Logan Cooley could feature near the top of the list. He has started the year with three points in three games, skating over 18:30 a night.
