Fantasy Hockey Focus: Mining the waiver wire on Week 16

The fantasy hockey playoffs are rapidly approaching so it’s crunch time. This is the last full week before the All-Star break and there are some good streaming candidates to choose from. 

The Arizona Coyotes, Boston Bruins, Chicago Blackhawks, Columbus Blue Jackets, Florida Panthers, Los Angeles Kings, St. Louis Blues, and Vegas Golden Knights all play four nights this week. The Kings have all four of their games on off nights so they are the best team to stream from. The Panthers have three off nights, so they are next best, and then all the rest have two off nights, except for the Blue Jackets who have only one.

Teams to avoid this week are the Colorado Avalanche and Toronto Maple Leafs who only play twice. The Maple Leafs at least have one off night and the Avalanche have two, so if it ha
