Early Wednesday morning, the St. Louis Blues fired coach Craig Berube after a 6-4 loss to the Detroit Red Wings, a team playing their second game in as many nights and without their top two centres. The Blues were 3-7 in their previous 10 games when he was let go and fell out of a playoff spot in the West.
