Fantasy Hockey Feature: Cutter Gauthier's rookie rollercoaster ride

It's not easy being a rookie in the NHL. We’ve seen future Philadelphia Flyers superstar Matvei Michkov healthy scratched twice while San Jose Sharks forward Will Smith has four points in 16 games. Things are a bit different for Anaheim Ducks winger Cutter Gauthier, though, as his shot attempt rate of 28.1 per 60 minutes currently leads all forwards – not just rookies – and his shot-on-goal rate is in the 91st percentile of league forwards. However, he has just two goals on 40 shots, has seen his role minimized, he's been demoted to the team’s fourth line, and suddenly found a bit of scoring luck in the last couple of outings.
