American Thanksgiving is generally the measuring stick time for rosters around the league, and 20 games is generally enough for some statistical measures to become predictive. Fantasy managers need to look at their rosters, see who can improve, and who will decline, and manage accordingly. 

Let’s help do that by going through players likely to improve and those likely to decline over the balance of the 2024-25 season.

Zach Hyman (Edmonton Oilers)

After scoring 90 goals across the prior two seasons, Zach Hyman’s start has been a huge disappointment with just three goals in 20 games, and currently missing from the roster due to injury.
