There’s a long list of accolades to Anton Lundell’s credit in spite of the fact that he just finished his first year of draft-eligibility.

He helped Finland take home gold at the U18 World Hockey Championships as a 16-year-old, logging six points in seven games while centring the third line and playing a defensive role. He took on an instrumental role for the Finns at the U20s just a year later, playing one spot further up the lineup as the team’s second-line centre as one of just three draft-minus-one skaters in the tournament.
