Hey, it's the end of the sixth week of the NHL regular season. And things are getting interesting in a hurry.

Once teams start underperforming expectations into mid-November, talk about the need for a change starts getting louder and impossible to ignore. I'm not really here to argue it shouldn't, either. Sometimes that's in the form of, "They should fire the coach," or "The GM has to go," but already we may be hearing some, "They should sell off any pending UFAs ASAP," which is interesting. Trades are rare at this time of year, but I guess it's something to keep an eye on if they're already saying Brendan Gallagher's name out loud.
