Bio in Swedish
En kreativ och mycket målfarlig center som efter fyra år av college hockey hos Colgate University gav sig ut på marknaden för spel i AHL hos San Antonio Rampage och även Hershey Bears (klubben med bruna tröjor!). Under sin avslutande säsong hos Colgate University var Wilson lagets bästa poängplockare då han med sina 41 poäng var ett bättre än Tyler Burton.

Via South Carolina Stingrays i ECHL och San Antonio Rampage i AHL kom Wilson att hamna hos Hershey Bears (lagkamrat med svensk Jonas Johansson från HV71). Hershey tog sig till AHL-slutspelet under hans första säsong i klubben och Wilson själv var den poängmässigt bästa rookien i slutspelet. Säsongen 2008/09 kom Kyle Wilson att vinna AHL för Hershey Bears med flera svenskbekantingar i laget. Bland annat fanns tidigare Djurgårds- och Brynässpelaren Staffan Kronwall i laget liksom Sami Lepistö, vars pappa Jussi Lepistö spelat för Leksand under två säsonger.
