Official Games Team Sweden: 28 A, 22 B, 4 J

"Sivert" kom till Brynäs IF från hälsingeklubben IK Warpen via Östers IF. Tillhörde Brynäs IF under hela dess storhetstid på 1960- och 70-talet och vann inte mindre än sex SM-guld med Gävlelaget.

Lars-Åke Sivertsson var en mycket målfarlig forward som kom att spela VM 1965 och 1966 med Tre Kronor.
Gjorde dock sitt första internationella landslagsuppdrag i juniorlandslaget 1960 där han kom att spela i samma kedja som Lennart "Tigern" Johansson från Heffners/Ortvikens IF och senare lagkamrat under många år i Brynäs. Tillsammans svarade de båda för nio mål på landslagets fyra matcher.
Tränade Luleå HF under klubbens fösta år som förening.

Lars-Åke Sivertsson avled 2014 efter en tids sjukdom.
