A curiosity in Swiss NLA, Kevin Baumgartner is the only player so far having been penalized and suspended without having played.
Two games into the 1986-87 season, he and three other players involved in a mass brawl (Andrea Hertner, Mark Bar & Jean-Charles Rotzetter) received match penalties and afterwards a two game suspension each.
