Player Biography and Trivia

Klaus 'Jule' Brabant played for a total of twelve pro seasons with his hometown club Klagenfurter AC. During this time, the defender appeared in 367 games in the Austrian first league, scoring 41 goals and 70 assists for 111 points. Brabant won six championship titles with the club and represented the Austrian national team in 16 games including seven at the 1978 world championship (C-pool) in Spain. His sons, Marc and Patrick, followed in his footsteps and played pro hockey for the Klagenfurter AC as well.
