Hejduk's motor runs high, and he's hard on pucks. His in-zone defensive reads are mostly sound, and he tracks well through the neutral zone. Hands are his best tool. Top hand in front, some deceptiveness, and he doesn't overhandle. He's not shy about getting inside either.
