Featured · 2026 NHL DraftShurygin is a big goaltender at 6-foot-4, and he plays massive, coming out to the top of the crease to cut down on angles. When combined with his good read of releases, it’s not a surprise that he’s difficult to beat cleanly. When all else fails, Shurygin can also contort himself quickly into the full splits and remain there with ease.
