Olson’s defensive game remains his best attribute. He’s a strong, persistent forechecker who steals pucks and initiates the cycle. Even better in the defensive zone, he combines a thoughtful positional game with some all-out effort plays. He retrieves pucks, gets them moving, and supports the play the other way.
